Sunita Pednekar is a talent development professional with over two decades of experience of managing Learning and Organizational Development for industries like telecom, ITES, banking, media & entertainment, IT, logistics infrastructure and a record of success in getting initiatives off the ground and flourishing. She has worked with various organizations in conceptualizing and institutionalizing integrated learning, talent & OD solutions to develop leadership capabilities, drive performance improvements and enhance organizational effectiveness. She has successfully led OD assignments ranging from Culture transformation, Succession Planning, Performance Coaching, and Competency Mapping and Assessment Centres. An alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Sunita is passionate about facilitating success journey for individual as well as organization’s success. She is a Certified Coach (Erickson College, Canada), Assessor (T.V. Rao Learning Systems, India), and Certified Behaviour and Values analyst (Target Training International, USA).
